배송은 1~3 영업일 이내에 발송되며, 품절 등의 사유로 출고 불가능할 경우 개별 연락드립니다. 운송장 번호는 주문 시 개별 발송 해 드립니다.

제품 수령일 7일 이내로 제품의 택이 달린 채, 착용 흔적이 없는 온전한 제품에 한해 교환 및 환불 신청이 가능합니다. 교환은 재고 여부에 따라 동일 제품의 다른 색상/사이즈로 교환이 가능합니다.
택이 제거되거나 손상된 제품, 또는 수령일 기준 7일이 지난 시점에서의 교환 및 반품 신청은 반려됩니다. 또한 제품이 훼손된 경우에는 반품이 반려됩니다.

단순 변심 및 고객 과실로 인한 반품 시 배송비(4,000원) + 반송 착불 배송비(4,000원)가 차감됩니다.
2개 이상 상품 구매 후 반품 시 편도 배송비(4,000원)가 차감됩니다.
불량 및 상품 하자로 인한 반품 비용은 모두 판매자가 지불합니다.

Delivery will be made within 1 to 3 business days, and we will contact you individually if it is not possible to ship due to out-of-stock reasons. The invoice number will be sent individually when ordering.

Exchange or refund is possible only for complete products with the tag on the product within 7 days of receiving the product and no trace of wearing it. Exchanges to different colors/size of the same product may be possible depending on whether or not it is in stock. Products that have been tagged or damaged, or requests for exchange or return after 7 days of receipt, will be returned. Also, if the product is damaged, the return will be returned.

Shipping cost (4,000KRW) + return COD shipping cost (4,000KRW) will be deducted for returns due to a simple change of mind or customer negligence. One-way shipping cost (4,000KRW) will be deducted for returns after purchasing two or more items. All return costs due to defective or defective products will be paid by the seller.
